Curtis D. Johnson, Jr., is currently a partner in the firm of Johnson and Johnson, PC, where he practices in the areas of medical malpractice, mass tort litigation, mortgage litigation and commercial bankruptcy law.

Curtis D. Johnson, Jr., is a graduate of White Station High School, former member of Honor Society, University of Memphis graduate in Political Science Cum Laude graduate, Graduate of Loyola University Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Member of the National Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, former  Federal Bar Association, founding member of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, member of the Trial Lawyers for Tobacco Justice, founding member of the firm of Perkins, Johnson and Settle 2001.  Curtis D. Johnson, Jr., holds the distinction of being the first chair lawyer for the longest civil trial in Shelby County history tried for six (6) months.

Curtis D. Johnson, Jr., is an active member of the community of Shelby County.  He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., an Executive Board Member of Shelby Youth Sports, Inc., and is a Trustee of the Cornerstone Institutional Church where Dr. Brodie I. Johnson is pastor.
